Not a whole lot new in the Boston household as we have been laying low with the flu first and now colds. Therefore, I have had some spare time to snap some pictures of the boys. Richard has decided to grow up on us and he now sleeps in a big boy bed, is potty trained and NO MORE BINKIE. My mom is cheering "yeah" from PA and I heard her all the way out here when we threw the last one in the garbage. Good thing I posted the last picture with it in his mouth so we can all see how far he has come. So, here he is in his big boy underwear and his new Lightning McQueen shirt (he calls "light" )that truly lights up.......pretty cool! And, Jake in his "Chill out" shirt, also from Grandma Blackson that is fun for the holidays. Jake enjoys sitting on the floor and playing with all of his toys but he tries to reach for Richard's cars. Richard tells him "they're too sharp! Jake's favorite toy has become the remote and for some reason we've started to train Richard how to utilize it to watch Clifford the Big Red Dog.

After Chris closing his biggest deal to date this past month, you'd think he'd slow down but not yet! He is still very busy with closings into the end of '07 and our '08 should kick off to a great start. I'm proud to say Chris was named top producer in '05, '06 and '07. Maybe having kids jump-starts your career! ha ha

My part time babysitter, Emily is back in TN as students do like to go home for the holidays so we miss her but we are surviving. Nana helps out so I can get my workouts in ......after all, it is X-mas cookie time. I've been trying some new recipes from Deceptively Delicious and making some foods with hidden veggies for the boys.

Well, we'll post more of our X-mas and New Year too. Hopefully we can get Richard out sledding.......if only he'd put his boots and coat on too.......we'll worry about mittens later.

Chow!
